One day bunny was running around, looking for his friend zebra. Bunny found zebra who was riding a bicycle. Bunny wanted to ride the bicycle with zebra, but they needed to find something for bunny to sit on. They found a square piece of wood, and they attached it to the back of the bicycle seat. Now bunny could sit behind zebra on the bicycle. Zebra started pedaling the bicycle, but she couldn’t pedal it because they were too heavy. Then bunny had an idea, and went home to get a battery powered fan. Bunny brought the fan back, and showed zebra how strong it was. The fan could blow a lot of air very fast. They tied the fan to the bicycle behind the seat where zebra and bunny would sit. Then zebra tried pedaling the bicycle again, while bunny turned on the fan. The fan started blowing air behind them, which was pushing them forward. They began to go faster and faster on zebra’s bicycle. Then bunny tried telling zebra something, but the fan was too loud for her to hear him. Bunny turned o

One day Lulu went to the park to play with her friend Sally. When Lulu arrived at the park, she saw Sally waiting there. Sally had a big bag of rubber bands. They decided to tie all of the rubber bands together, to make a long rubber band rope. Then they used the long rubber band rope to skip and jump. They had a lot of fun doing that, and then they had a new idea. They wanted to use the rubber band rope to throw each other high into the sky. They tied one end of the rubber band rope to a tree, and they tied the other end of the rubber band rope to another tree. And when they pulled the rubber band rope down and let go, it would bounce up. But they also needed something to catch them when they came down. Lulu had an idea and asked Sally to come with her. They went to Lulu’s home and got a big bedsheet and brought it back.  There were four trees that were positioned in the corners of a square. Those trees were next to the rubber band rope they tied. One day there was a package delivery, and it arrived at Lulu’s home. Her parents brought it inside, and it came inside a big box. They opened it up and took it out, and then the box was empty. Lulu saw the box and wanted to keep it and turn it into something. She wanted to make a little room for her toy stuffed zebra. She got some blankets and pillows and put it in the corner of the box. That made a nice little bed area for her toy zebra. Then Lulu drew a chair and table in another corner of the box, and that would be for the baby zebra to sit and eat. Lulu drew a picture of a plate of scrambled eggs. She cut out that drawing and put that in the same corner of the cardboard box. Lulu also wanted the toy zebra to have something to read. She drew a bookshelf in another corner of the box. And then Lulu got one of her books and put that in the box. Lulu’s mommy told her that it was time for lunch, and Lulu went to the kitchen. After finishing her lunch, Lulu went back to the box to continu

One day Kenny koala was walking through the forest and he saw something under a big tree. He walked up to it and noticed it was a big metal box. There was a button on the box with the words “push here” written on it. So Kenny Koala pushed the button, and suddenly some noises started sounding. Beep boop beep boop. Kenny koala stepped back and watched as the metal box started moving and two metal legs popped out the bottom, two metal arms popped out of two sides, and a robot head popped out of the top. The robot said hello to Kenny koala, and Kenny koala asked the robot what he was doing there. The robot said he was there to help whoever found it. Then Kenny koala invited the robot to walk through the forest with him. When they got to one edge of the forest, there was a big road there but no place to cross the road. It was too dangerous to cross the road with fast moving cars and no crosswalk. And in the field on the other side were some trees where bird lived, and Kenny koala wanted to

One day Lulu was at the grocery store and she saw some stickers on the fruit. There were stickers on the bananas, there were stickers on the oranges, and there were stickers on the apples. Each piece of fruit had a small sticker on it. When Lulu was back at home to take a nap, she went to sleep and had a dream about stickers. In her dream when she cut open the orange, it was full of stickers. And when she peeled open the banana, it was full of stickers. And when she cut open the apple, it was also full of stickers. In her dream she collected all of the stickers and put them in her pockets and left her apartment. When she went into the elevator, instead of buttons, there were stickers. Then in her dream, Lulu tried an experiment. She took one of the stickers in her pocket, put it on the sticker in the elevator where there was normally a button for the ground floor. When she put the sticker on, suddenly the button reappeared and she could press it. So she went to the ground floor and wen

One day Lulu was playing in the park, when she became tired so went and sat down on a bench to rest. While she was sitting down, she saw some butterflies flying around some flowers nearby. Lulu wanted to catch a butterfly, so she went home and got a small net, then went back to the park. Lulu slowly walked up to the flowers, and swung her net to try and catch a butterfly, but the butterflies were too quick. Lulu tried moving very carefully towards the butterflies on the flowers, holding the net in her hands. But every time Lulu swung the net, the butterflies flew away. Then Lulu changed her mind, and decided to do something different than trying to catch the butterflies. She wanted her mommy to take a photo of her with butterflies sitting on her. Lulu walked into the middle of the flowers and stood very still, but nothing happened. Then Lulu picked up a flower and stood very still. She put the flower on her right shoe, and after a while a butterfly came and landed on her right shoe nea

One day Kenny koala was walking through the forest when he saw a frog. The frog was jumping around, and Kenny koala wanted to see where the frog would go. Kenny koala followed the frog, as the frog jumped around the forest. The frog jumped all the way to a river and jumped onto some rocks in the river and went to the other side of the river. Kenny koala also jumped onto the rocks in the river and was able to cross the river. Then the frog finally jumped to a small lake, and sat on some leaves floating in the water. Kenny koala was finished with following the frog, because the frog stopped jumping around. But now Kenny koala didn’t know exactly how to go back. Kenny koala started walking all around the small lake, looking for the right way back. After a while, Kenny koala found the river and remembered that he had jumped across some rocks. Kenny koala walked up and down the side of the river looking for where those rocks were. Kenny koala found those rocks and jumped across the river. B

One day Lulu was sitting at the table and drinking a glass of water. But the glass of water tipped over, and water spilled on the table. Lulu got up and went to the closet to get a towel to wipe up the water. She saw that there was a new towel in the closet, and the label on the towel said “magic towel.”  Lulu used that towel to wipe up the spilled water on the table. Suddenly, the spot where Lulu had wiped the water became clear, and now Lulu could see through the table. Lulu was amazed. Then she tried wiping more of the table with the towel to see if it would also become clear. Lulu was amazed to see that more of the table became clear and invisible.  Then Lulu had a funny idea of using the magic towel on a chair. She wiped the towel onto the chair, but nothing happened. Lulu looked at the back of the label on the magic towel, which said that the towel must be dry to work properly. Lulu put the towel in the dryer, and when the dryer was done, she took the towel out.  Then Lulu brough

One evening Lulu was reading a book about gorillas. She read about how they can easily climb up tall trees. Then Lulu imagined that she met a giant gorilla outside her building. And this giant gorilla was friendly, and let Lulu sit on his shoulders.  Then Lulu asked the giant gorilla to climb up to the top of her building so that she could see across the city from there. The giant gorilla carefully climbed up to the roof, and Lulu was sitting on his shoulders, looking across the city. And she could see different places far away.  She saw the library in the distance, and wanted to go there. Lulu asked the gorilla if they could go to the library together. The gorilla said yes, and it began to jump from rooftop to rooftop of each building, with Lulu sitting on his shoulders. Lulu was holding on very tightly so that she didn’t fall off.  She was very high up in the sky, and the gorilla was very strong and able to jump very far from building to building. One day Lulu was outside going for a walk. While she was walking, she saw her friend Sally, who was crying. Lulu asked Sally why she was crying. And Sally said it was because she lost her dog. Sally said she had been walking her dog, when there were some pigeons that flew by very low in front of them.  And Sally said her dog suddenly jumped forward to chase the pigeons. Her dog pulled the leash very hard, which got yanked out of Sally’s hand. Then her dog ran off very far. Lulu said she would help Sally look for the dog. This made Sally feel better. And then Lulu and Sally walked together around the neighborhood looking for the dog.  They called out its name, “Rover, Rover.” But they couldn’t find the dog. They knew they needed a better way, and Lulu had an idea. She thought they should make some posters. Lulu invited Sally to come back home with her to make some posters about the missing dog.  And they could hang around the neighborhood to let people know about the lost dog. Sally agr

One day Lulu went to the park. While she was there she became thirsty. And she went home to drink some water. She realized that when she went back to the park next time, she should bring a bottle of water with her. The next day Lulu went to the park again. This time she brought a blue water bottle with pictures of fish on it. When she became thirsty, she drank some water. Later, when she was thirsty again, she wanted to drink more water, but there was none left in the bottle. Lulu couldn’t see through the bottle. She could only see the pictures of fish on the outside of the bottle. She didn’t know how much water was in it, and because of that she drank it too quickly. Lulu decided that next time she would bring a clear water bottle, so that she could see inside of it. That way she would know how much water was still in the bottle. One day Lulu was getting ready in the morning. And she saw that the toilet paper was empty. She changed the toilet paper roll to a new one. Then she saw the cardboard tube inside the toilet paper roll, and she thought that she could use it to make something. The next few times when the toilet paper roll became empty, Lulu collected the cardboard tubes.  When she had four of the cardboard tubes, she went to the window. She looked through the first cardboard tube to find out what she could see through it. She saw somebody walking with a dog. Then she took out a piece of paper and she put the cardboard tube on the paper.  She traced the circle shape of the tube three times, and cut those out. Then she drew a person walking with a dog, inside one of the paper circles. She took that paper circle and taped it to an opening in the first cardboard tube. Then she looked through the other side of the cardboard tube and she could see her drawing of the person walking a dog inside the cardboard tu

One day there was a mouse running through the forest. The mouse was running very fast, and while it was running, it heard somebody say hello. So the mouse stopped and saw a squirrel standing a little distance behind him. So the mouse ran to the squirrel and the mouse said hello to the squirrel.  The squirrel said to the mouse, “I haven’t seen you here before, are you new?” The mouse said “oh I don’t live here, I’m just running by.” The squirrel said he lived in a tree nearby and asked the mouse if he wanted to come over for some tea. The mouse was thirsty and said yes.  Then the squirrel led the mouse to a big tree nearby. When they got to the tree, there was a small door at the bottom of the tree. The squirrel opened the door and they went inside. There were some long stairs inside that went all the way up to the top of the tree.  And at different levels, there were doors that opened out to the branches of the tree. The squirrel brought the mouse to the small kitchen inside the tree,

One day Lulu was reading a book about different animals, and she thought it would be fun to pretend to be those animals. The first animal she read about was a kangaroo. Kangaroos live in Australia, and they hop around on two feet. And instead of walking, Lulu hopped around on her feet, pretending to be a kangaroo.  Later that day, Lulu went to the swimming pool. At the swimming pool, Lulu pretended to be a penguin, and she jumped into the swimming pool the way a penguin jumps into water, with two feet together, and Lulu kept her arms on her sides, the way a penguin’s wings are on its sides.  Penguins are birds that cannot fly, but they can swim. And they live near the south pole of the planet. While she was swimming in the swimming pool, Lulu then pretended that she was a fish, and that all the other people were also lots of fish. And then Lulu swam around the swimming pool, pretending that she was a fish. She tried to hold her breath as long as she could underwater.  When Lulu got out

When Lulu woke up one day and was brushing her teeth, she looked in the mirror and saw herself. She smiled at her own reflection, because she loved herself. When Lulu finished brushing her teeth, she looked in the mirror and said, “I love myself.”  Then Lulu had breakfast. Today she had some eggs for breakfast, because she liked eating eggs. Her mommy and daddy made her breakfast, and she was very grateful to them, so she said, “I love you mommy and daddy.” They smiled and thanked her for saying that.  Then while Lulu was putting the dishes in the sink, she looked in the window and saw her own reflection again, and she looked at herself and said, “I am nice.” Then later in the day Lulu went to the grocery store with her daddy, and while they were there, he forgot what fruit he needed to get.  Lulu remembered and said, “we need bananas.” Lulu’s daddy told her that she had a good memory, and she smiled. One day bird was flying and looking for elephant. When bird found elephant, she flew down and told elephant that she found a wishing waterfall, and that if they threw some coins in, they could have a wish come true for a day. Elephant wanted to see this wishing waterfall, and he followed bird through the forest, until they came to the waterfall.  It was a big waterfall, and they were standing at the bottom of it. Elephant didn’t have any coins, but bird said she’ll go find some. And then she flew up in the air, and flew off into the distance until elephant couldn’t see bird anymore. Then after elephant was waiting for a while, bird came back.  Bird had a coin which she found on the ground far away, and she gave that to elephant to throw into the wishing waterfall. Elephant thought about what wish to make for one day, and he decided that he wanted to fly up high in the sky with bird. And Elephant threw the coin into the wishing waterfall, and wished to be able to fly.  All of a sudden,

One day Lulu was getting ready for her friends Sally and Jimmy to come over and have lunch together. While getting ready, Lulu decided to wear a hat today. So she went to the closet and picked out a nice hat. It was a red knit hat with a puff ball on top.  Lulu liked how it looked on her, and then she picked out a book to read while she waited for her friends. Sally arrived first, and when she knocked on the door, Lulu answered it. Lulu smiled when she saw Sally, because Sally was also wearing a hat.  She was wearing a brown knit hat, and it was just round on top, with no puff ball like Lulu’s hat. Sally came in and saw Lulu wearing a hat, and Sally said it was funny that they were both wearing hats today. Then Sally picked out a book to read with Lulu, while they waited for Jimmy.  After a few minutes, Jimmy arrived and knocked on the door. Lulu answered it, and smiled again when she saw Jimmy, because today Jimmy was also wearing a hat. Jimmy had an orange knit hat, with a string tha

Lulu got a phone call one day, and it was her friend Sally. On the phone, Sally told Lulu that she dropped her keys outside on the street. And the keys fell down into a grate on the ground. Lulu said she would meet her outside and find a way to help.  When Lulu found Sally on the street, Sally was crying because she was sad for dropping her keys into the grate. The grate led to a space that went down below the ground. Lulu hugged Sally and told her that everything would be okay, and that they’ll find a solution together. Lulu tried to lift the grate, but it was stuck in place, and wasn’t moving at all.  Then Lulu had an idea. Lulu told Sally to come with her to the store where they needed to get some things to help them get the keys out. They walked to the store, and in the store they went to the sports section. Sally didn’t know what Lulu’s idea was, and she was curious to see what Lulu had in mind.  Lulu was looking carefully on the shelves in the sports section of the store, and the

One day Lulu was going to a park, and she was going to take the bus. She walked to the bus stop and waited for the bus. While she was waiting for the bus, she saw a postal worker come and stand at the bus stop with her. Lulu asked the postal worker lady why she was at the bus stop. The postal worker lady said that her postal truck broke down, but she still had to deliver the mail. Lulu said she would help out, and the postal worker said thank you. When the bus arrived, Lulu and the postal lady got on the bus, with all the bags of mail.  Then when they got to the street where the mail needed to be delivered, they got off the bus. Lulu and the postal worker were very careful to cross the street safely, carrying all the bags of mail. Then they walked down the street of houses, and the postal worker put the mail in the mailboxes.  Lulu helped by holding the mail bags open, so that the postal worker could pull out the envelopes and letters. One day Lulu went to the park the day after a storm. When she got to the park she saw that it was very messy, because the wind from the storm blew over all the garbage bins. Lulu decided that she would go get some of her friends and help clean up the park.  She went to her friend Sally’s place and asked Sally to come to the park. Then Lulu went to her friend Jimmy’s place, and asked Jimmy to come to the park. Lulu and Sally and Jimmy brought some garbage bags and brooms with them. And they began to sweep up the park. There were empty bottles of water.  And crumpled up newspapers. And other types of garbage such as food wrappers. Lulu and Sally and Jimmy picked up the knocked over garbage bins, and they put the swept up garbage into the garbage bags, and then put the garbage bags into the garbage bins.  Lulu and Sally and Jimmy felt good about what they did. While they were cleaning the park, some neighbors saw how the three of them were helping clean up the park. And those neighbors we

One day Lulu was outside going on a walk. Then she heard a loud siren - bomp bomp bomp bomp. And she saw a fire truck driving down the road. It was a big red fire truck. Lulu was glad that the firefighters were going to go and put out a fire somewhere.  Then as she kept walking down the street Lulu heard another loud sound - clank crank clunk clomp, and she saw a garbage truck driving down the road. It was a big grey garbage truck, and Lulu was glad that the garbage collectors were going to go pick up people’s garbage.  Then as she kept walking down the street Lulu heard another loud siren - wee woo wee woo, and she saw an ambulance driving down the road. It was a big red and white ambulance, and Lulu was glad that the ambulance workers were going to go help somebody having a health problem.  Then as she kept walking down the street Lulu heard another loud siren, pew pah pew pah, and she saw a police car driving down the road. It was a blue and white police car, and Lulu was glad that

One day on the farm, there was some mud on the ground. But the goat didn’t see it. And as the goat was walking by, he stepped in the mud. The mud was very deep, and the goat got stuck in the mud. When the goat tried to lift one of his feet out of the mud, his other feet would get stuck in the mud even more.  The goat didn’t know what to do. Then the pig walked by and saw the goat, and the pig said that she would help. So the pig walked up to the goat, and started to push the goat out of the mud. While the pig was pushing the goat, the pig’s feed got stuck in the mud, but the pig was able to push the goat out of the mud.  And now the goat was out of the mud, but then the pig was stuck in the mud instead. And she couldn’t get out by herself. When the pig tried to lift one of her feet out of the mud, her other feet would get stuck in the mud even more. The pig didn’t know what to do, and neither did the goat.  Then the cow came over to see if it could help. So the cow started pushing the

One day Lulu was going to go visit her friend Sally. She decided to take the subway train. When Lulu was going into the subway station, she saw somebody with a bicycle, and Lulu wondered why they were bringing a bicycle onto the train, instead of riding the bicycle on the street.  Lulu asked the person why they were bringing their bike to the subway train. The person said that it was faster to ride the train, but that when they go back home later they’ll ride the bicycle. Then Lulu decided that she would do the same thing. And Lulu left the train station and went back home.  She got her bicycle, and took it onto the subway train. When she arrived at her friend Sally’s home, Sally asked Lulu how she got there so quick on her bicycle. Lulu said she didn’t ride her bicycle, because she took the bicycle on the train. Sally laughed and said that was a good idea, because the train is faster. And Lulu said that she will ride the bicycle back home later. Then Lulu and Sally decided to bake som

One day Lulu was in a furniture shop while her family was looking at some tables. Lulu started using her imagination to think about what it would be like for the chairs in the furniture shop to start walking around. Lulu imagined that the chairs would walk down the aisle, since they have four legs.  And that the chairs would walk to the pillow section of the shop. Then Lulu imagined that the pillows would jump onto the chairs in little piles, a few pillows on each chair, and then the chairs would walk to the bed section of the shop and the pillows would jump off the chairs and onto the bed.  Then Lulu imagined that the chairs walked over to the lamp section of the shop, and that all the lamps turned on their lights, and jumped onto the chairs. Then Lulu imagined the chairs walked with the lamps on them, over to the carpet section of the shop.  And that the lamps jumped off the chairs, and onto the carpet pieces, and then Lulu imagined that the carpets would roll up around the lamps, so

One day zebra was going for a walk when she saw some ants on the ground, and they were going into an ant hill. And zebra wondered what it would be like to look inside the ant hill. Then zebra kept walking and saw a big metal box with a sign outside it, which said it was a shrinking machine.  The instructions said to stand in the box and press a button and the machine would shrink whoever was inside. And then when they want to become regular size again later, they just have to come back and press a smaller button near the ground. And they’ll change back to their regular size as how they were at the start. Zebra wanted to try it.  Zebra stood in the machine and pressed the button. Then there was a bright flash of light, and zebra could feel herself vibrating and shaking, and then there was a pop sound and zebra was tiny, the same size of an ant. zebra laughed and stepped out of the shrinking machine.  She walked over to the ant hill.
