Lulu and the magic towel

One day Lulu was sitting at the table and drinking a glass of water. But the glass of water tipped over, and water spilled on the table. Lulu got up and went to the closet to get a towel to wipe up the water. She saw that there was a new towel in the closet, and the label on the towel said “magic towel.” 

Lulu used that towel to wipe up the spilled water on the table. Suddenly, the spot where Lulu had wiped the water became clear, and now Lulu could see through the table. Lulu was amazed. Then she tried wiping more of the table with the towel to see if it would also become clear. Lulu was amazed to see that more of the table became clear and invisible. 

Then Lulu had a funny idea of using the magic towel on a chair. She wiped the towel onto the chair, but nothing happened. Lulu looked at the back of the label on the magic towel, which said that the towel must be dry to work properly. Lulu put the towel in the dryer, and when the dryer was done, she took the towel out. 

Then Lulu brought the towel to the chair, and wiped the seat of the chair with the dry towel. This time the seat became clear. Now it looked like there was just the legs of the chair, and the back of the chair, but the seat was invisible. Lulu could see through the seat of the chair, directly to the floor. 

Next, Lulu wiped the back of the chair, and it became clear so much that it looked invisible, and Lulu could see through it. Then Lulu wiped one leg of the chair, and that became clear, and Lulu couldn’t see the leg anymore. Then Lulu wiped another leg of the chair, and that became invisible and she couldn’t see that chair leg anymore. 

Next, Lulu wiped the other two legs of the chair, and those also became clear. Now the whole chair was invisible, and Lulu couldn’t see it anymore. She walked up to where she thought the chair was, and bumped into it. Then she sat on the chair, but it looked like she was floating in the air. 

After a few minutes the chair started to reappear, and Lulu realized that the magic towel only worked for a few minutes. Lulu wanted to try something, and this time she wiped the whole table with the magic towel, and she also wiped the chair again with the magic towel, and the table and chair became invisible. 

Then Lulu sat on the chair at the table, and was drawing in her notebook. Lulu’s daddy walked by and saw Lulu floating in the air, and saw Lulu’s notebook floating in the air. Lulu’s daddy asked her how she was doing that, and Lulu held up the magic towel. 

Lulu’s daddy laughed, and realized that Lulu had found the magic towel and used it on the table and chair. Then the table and chair started to reappear. Daddy asked Lulu to help him get the table ready for dinner. Lulu set the plates and forks on the table. 

Then Lulu used the magic towel and wiped each place and fork, and they all disappeared and Lulu couldn’t see them anymore. Daddy walked by and saw that the table was still empty and asked Lulu to put the dishes out. Lulu said that she already did that, but they were invisible because she wiped them with the magic towel. Daddy laughed and said it’ll reappear in a few minutes. 

Then Lulu’s mommy came home and saw that dinner was ready. She asked Lulu to put some dishes on the table, and Lulu waved her hands across the table. All of a sudden the plates and forks started to reappear. Lulu’s mommy smiled and asked how she did that. 

Then Lulu held up the magic towel and mommy laughed. The three of them sat down and ate dinner. Then after dinner, Lulu helped clean up the dishes, and got ready for bed. She changed into her pajamas, and brushed her teeth. Then she laid down in bed, closed her eyes, and went to sleep, slowly slowly slowly.
