Lulu and the Drummer

One day Lulu was going to visit her friend Sally. Lulu went outside and walked to the subway train station. While she was waiting for the train, she saw a street performer on the platform. This street performer was siting on a chair. And there were some upside down buckets on the ground in front of him. 

And he had two sticks in his hands that he was using to drum on the bottom of the upside down buckets. Then while Lulu was still waiting for the train, she saw a woman carrying some bags of groceries, walking down the steps to the platform. But while the woman was walking down the steps, she tripped and fell. 

When the woman fell all her bags broke and her groceries spilled onto the ground. Lulu walked over and helped pick up the things. But the woman's bags were broken, and couldn't hold the groceries anymore. Then Lulu thought of something. She walked over to the drummer and asked if he would help the woman with his buckets. 

He said yes, and picked up his buckets and turned them around, right side up. Now the buckets could be used to hold the things the woman was carrying in her bags. The woman thanked the man, and gave him some money to keep four of his buckets to carry her things away. 

But now the man didn't have any buckets to use as drums to make music. Lulu had an idea and told the man that she would be back. Then Lulu took the next train to Sally's place. When Lulu got off the train in Sally's neighborhood, she saw some dancers dancing on the platform at the train station. 

Lulu left the station and went to Sally's place.  When Lulu knocked on Sally's door, Sally opened it and Lulu asked Sally to bring her paint set and come with Lulu. They went down to Sally's train station, and Lulu told the dancers that there was a drummer at another station that they could dance next to with his drumming music. 

The dancers took the train with Lulu and Sally, back to Lulu's neighborhood station. And they found the drummer still sitting there. Lulu and Sally said that they could help him buy some buckets and paint them nicely for him. He gave Lulu and Sally some money and they went to the store to buy a lot of buckets. 

Then Lulu and Sally came back, and painted the buckets with different designs and colors. Then they made a sign that said people could buy some buckets to carry heavy groceries. And Lulu said that the drummer and dancers could perform in front of the grocery store, and people walking by could buy some painted buckets to carry their groceries. 

Lulu and Sally put a large stack of painted buckets next to the drummer. The drummer and dancers thanked Lulu and Sally. Then the girls said goodbye to them, and left to go to the park. When they arrived at the park, they went to the playground and played for a while. Then when they were finished they got ready to leave. 

And when they were on their way home, they saw people coming out of the grocery store, carrying groceries in their painted buckets. Then Lulu said goodbye to Sally and went home. When Lulu arrived at home, she washed her hands and got ready for dinner. 

After dinner, she drew a picture of the drummer, and the dancers, and the painted buckets. Then she got ready for bed and brushed her teeth. After that, she laid down and went to sleep, slowly slowly slowly.
