Tiger And Zebra On A Boat

One day Tiger was working on a boat. The ship needed a new anchor. The anchor holds the boat in one place when it is out in the middle of the water, far away from land. The anchor is a heavy metal hook, which is connected to a long rope that can be lowered all the way down to the bottom of the sea.

While the boat was tied to the dock on land, Tiger removed the old broken anchor. Then Tiger put a new anchor onto the boat. Now the boat was ready to go out on the water again. Zebra was walking by and saw Tiger on the boat. Zebra came over and asked Tiger what he was doing.

Tiger said he was preparing to take the boat out on the water. Zebra asked if she could come along. Tiger that said would be great. Zebra got onto the boat, and Tiger untied the boat from the dock. He turned on the motor, and they started moving out on the water. Zebra asked where they were going.

Tiger said that there was an island that he wanted to explore. Zebra said that sounded exciting and was happy to come along. Tiger asked Zebra to drive the boat for a while, so that he could make some tea. There was a small kitchen and stove on the boat. Tiger started boiling some water to make the tea.

When the water was boiled and ready, Tiger put two teabags in two cups, and poured the hot water into the cups. Then he gave a cup to Zebra to enjoy. They both drank the tea, which was very good. After some time, they arrived at the island. Tiger lowered the anchor to keep the boat in one spot. Tiger took out a map and looked at it with Zebra.

He said that an old sailor had given him this map, which showed a buried treasure on the island. Tiger wanted to find the buried treasure and dig it up. Zebra said that sounded exciting. TIger took out two shovels and handed one to Zebra. Then Tiger and Zebra got out of the boat and onto the island. The treasure map said they had to find three trees that had red leaves. Tiger and Zebra walked all around the island.

They looked everywhere, but only saw trees with green leaves. Tiger and Zebra decided to split up and look on different parts of the island. Tiger went one way, and Zebra went the other way. After a while, Zebra found the tree with red leaves. She went and told Tiger and brought him back to those trees. They looked at the map again, and it said that the treasure was buried between the three trees with red leaves.

Zebra and Tiger started digging. After they had dug a deep hole, their shovels banged into a metal box. Zebra dug around it and pulled the metal box out. Tiger helped Zebra open the box. Inside it they found some old coins, and a book. The book was a collection of stories the old sailor had written down. And the coins were from different places that the old sailor had visited.

Tiger and Zebra carried the metal box back to the boat. They got on the boat and put the metal box away. Then they got ready to go back. Tiger pulled up the anchor, and turned on the motor. They started moving across the water. But then a storm began near them, and there was a lot of strong wind.

The wind was creating big waves, which was making the boat lean from side to side. The big waves would hit one side of the boat, and the boat would lean far to the left. Then the big waves would hit the other side of the boat, and the boat would lean far to the right. Suddenly, as the boat leaned to one side, the metal box was knocked open, and it fell out of the boat and into the water.

When Zebra saw that, she ran and got a long net. The book was floating in the water, and Zebra was able to pull it out with the net. But the metal box and coins sank into the water. Tiger and Zebra decided that they could come back another day after the storm, and look for the metal box and coins later. Tiger was glad that Zebra was able to save the book.

They put the book away safely, and held on while the storm passed. Finally the big waves went away, and the boat stopped leaning from side to side. Tiger knew that the old sailor would be happy to see his old book of stories again. Finally, Tiger and Zebra drove the boat back to land, slowly slowly slowly.
