Zebra and the Towel

One day Zebra was washing the dishes and had a new dish towel. Zebra used the towel to dry off the dishes. But when Zebra wiped the towel on a bowl, the bowl became invisible. Zebra could still feel the bowl, but couldn’t see it anymore. Zebra kept wiping the other dishes with the new towel, and they all disappeared.

Zebra thought this was very funny, and wanted to show somebody. She went outside and looked for her friend tiger. Zebra found tiger by the pond. She told tiger about the new towel and how it made the dishes invisible. Tiger was curious and wanted to see. Tiger went back with Zebra to her place.

Zebra brought tiger to the kitchen and showed tiger the towel. Zebra handed Tiger the towel and a spoon. And she told Tiger to wipe the spoon with the towel. Tiger held the spoon, and used the towel to wipe it, and then moved the towel off. Then the spoon became invisible. Zebra and Tiger couldn’t see the spoon.

But Tiger was still holding the spoon and could feel it. He even scooped some cereal onto the spoon and it looked like the cereal on the invisible spoon was floating in the air. Then Tiger thought of something funny. Tiger said that they should try and pour some cereal into the bowl and see what happens.

And Zebra got the cereal out of the cupboard. And Tiger felt around for the bowl and found it on the kitchen counter. Zebra poured the cereal into the bowl, and it looked like the cereal was floating in the air above the kitchen counter. Tiger and Zebra laughed. Then they wondered what else they could wipe with the towel to make it invisible. They went outside and saw a tree.

Tiger climbed up the tree with the towel, and used it to wipe the branches of the tree. Now it looked like the tree had no branches. Then Bird came flying over and landed on the ground next to Tiger and Zebra. Bird looked at the tree and asked where all the branches were. Tiger said that zebra had a towel that made things invisible.

Zebra said that Bird could fly up to the tree and it would find some branches to sit on. Bird flew up and bumped into a branch and then sat on it. Now it looked like bird was floating in the air. Tiger and Zebra walked to the playground and used the towel to wipe the swings. Then Tiger and Zebra got on the swings and started swinging.

Bird said that it looked like tiger and Zebra were just floating back and forth through the air, and Bird laughed. Then Bird had an idea. Bird told Tiger and Zebra that they could paint the invisible things a different color and that would look funny. Zebra agreed and went to get some paint.

Tiger climbed up the tree with yellow paint, and painted the branches yellow. Now they could see the branches again, and they looked yellow. Then Zebra and Tiger used some blue paint and painted the swings. Now they could see the swings again, which looked blue. Then tiger and Zebra went back to Zebra’s place to paint the bowl and spoon.

They found the bowl because it still had cereal in it. And the spoon was also still in the bowl. They used the green paint on the bowl and spoon, and now those both looked green. But now they needed to wait for the paint to dry. And then Tiger and Zebra decided to take a nap while the paint dried . And they laid down, and closed their eyes, and went to sleep, slowly slowly slowly.

One day Lulu was getting ready for her friends Sally and Jimmy to come over and have lunch together. While getting ready, Lulu decided to wear a hat today. So she went to the closet and picked out a nice hat. A Can of Paint

One day Lulu was getting ready to go for a bicycle ride. She put on her helmet and took her bicycle outside. She rode past the park and reached a large parking lot. The parking lot was empty today, and there were no cars parked there. Instead, Lulu saw that there were some artists drawing things on the ground.  Lulu got off her bicycle and walked up to the artists. She asked them what they were making. They told her that they were making different designs with paint. Then they told Lulu that she could also join them if she wanted. Lulu said she would like to do that. She wondered what she could make.  The artists gave Lulu a can of paint, and a paintbrush. Lulu walked to a blank spot in the parking lot and she took the lid off the can of paint. She dipped the paintbrush into the paint and started to draw a circle. Zebra Can't Find Any Spoons

One day Zebra was making some oatmeal for lunch. Zebra opened a drawer in the kitchen to get out a spoon, but there were no more spoons. Then Zebra remembered she had lent all her spoons to Bunny for an art project. Zebra went next door to Tiger's place, to borrow a spoon from Tiger. Zebra knocked on the door and Tiger opened it.  Zebra told Tiger that she didn't have any more spoons in her kitchen drawer. Tiger invited Zebra in and they went to his kitchen. When Tiger opened his kitchen drawer, there were no spoons in there either. And Tiger also remembered that he had lent all his spoons to Bunny for an art project.  Then they went to their friend's place next door, and asked their friend Elephant if she had a spoon to borrow.
