Mixing and matching
One Sunday evening piggie was getting ready to sleep. Then she decided to mix and match her clothes that she would wear every day that week until the weekend. So she was going to pick some outfits for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. That’s five days, so she needed five sets of clothes to mix and match.
Piggie went to her clothes drawer and got out five pairs of pants, one was blue, one was brown, one was black, one was white, one was red. Then piggie got out five shirts, one was yellow, one was orange, one was green, one was purple, and one was grey.
Now it was time to mix and match the shirts with the pants. So for Monday, piggie chose the black pants with the grey shirt, and folded them nicely and put them aside.
Next, for Tuesday piggie chose the white pants with the yellow shirt. Piggie folded them nicely and put them aside, next to the Monday clothes. Then for Wednesday piggie chose the blue pants to go with the purple shirt. Piggie folded them nicely and put them aside, next to the Tuesday clothes.
Next for Thursday, piggie chose the brown pants to go with the green shirt. Piggie folded them nicely and put them aside, next to the Wednesday clothes.
Lastly for Friday was remaining the red pants and the orange shirt. Piggie picked those up, and folded nicely then put aside next to the Thursday clothes. Now piggie had five sets of clothes that she mixed and matched to get ready for the week ahead.
Piggie was proud of herself for getting prepared. And then piggie was feeling tired. Piggie brushed her teeth, got ready for bed and went to sleep, slowly slowly slowly.
