A Blanket Ride

One day Bunny was running through the forest. Bunny was running very fast. Bunny was practicing for a race. And there were some bushes that bunny was jumping over. Bunny would run forward, jump over a bush, and keep running forward. Then all of a sudden Bunny fell down after jumping over another bush. 


There was a big rock behind the bush that Bunny didn't see. And when Bunny jumped over the bush, he landed on the big rock, and his foot hit the big rock very hard. Bunny tried to get up, but his foot was hurting too much. Bunny sat down and waited for help. 


After a while Horse came walking by and saw Bunny sitting there. Bunny told Horse what happened. And Horse could see that Bunny had a hurt foot. Horse told Bunny that he would go and get some help. Bunny sat under a tree to rest. Some time later, Horse came back and brought Duck with him. 


Duck took a look at bunny and said that they needed to take bunny to the doctor. But they couldn't pick bunny up by themselves. Duck said she had an idea and told Horse and bunny to stay there and wait for her. Then she flew away. A little while later, Duck came back with three other birds. 


They said that they could help carry Bunny to the doctor, and fly him there. But they needed something to carry bunny with. Then Horse said that he could go get a blanket for Bunny to sit on. Horse went away while bunny waited with Duck and three birds. A little while later Horse came back and brought a blanket. 


Horse put the blanket on the ground, and Bunny sat on it. Then Duck and the three birds each held a corner of the blanket. And they began to fly up in the air. Now Bunny was sitting on the blanket, which was up in the air, as Duck and the three birds were flying. 


But Duck and the three birds didn't know where the doctor's office was. Then Horse said that he knew which way to go, and would lead them. Horse ran ahead on the ground, while Duck and the three birds flew behind Horse. Duck and the birds were carrying Bunny on the blanket. Bunny was amazed. 


It was fun to sit on the blanket flying through the air. When Horse reached the doctor's office, Duck and the three birds flew down, and put the blanket on the ground. Bunny got off the blanket, and Horse helped him go into the doctor's office. The doctor fixed bunny's foot, and wrapped it in a bandage, and gave Bunny some medicine. Then it was time for Bunny to go home and rest. 


Bunny sat on the blanket outside the doctor's office again. Duck and the three other birds picked up the four corners of the blanket and started to fly up again. Horse showed them where to go by running in front of them all the way to bunny's home. When they arrived at Bunny's home, Duck and the three birds brought the blanket down again. Bunny got off and thanked them. 


Horse said that bunny could keep the blanket, in case he needed another ride through the air. Then Duck and the birds said goodbye and flew away. Horse also said goodbye and left. Bunny went inside and had something to eat. Then Bunny took some medicine and was ready for bed. And Bunny laid down and went to sleep, slowly slowly slowly.

Magic Stamps

One day Lulu wanted to write a letter to her friend Jimmy. She took out her pen and notebook, and turned to a blank page. She wrote a short letter saying that she enjoys being his friend. Then Lulu tore out that page and folded it. She got an envelope and put the folded paper in the envelope. She closed the envelope and wrote Jimmy's address on the front of the envelope. But now she needed a stamp.  Lulu went to look for a postage stamp in a drawer. But all the stamps at home were finished. And Lulu decided to go to the post office to buy new stamps. Lulu got ready and put on her shoes and her backpack. She put the envelope in her backpack and went outside. Lulu walked to the post office. When she arrived there, she saw a sign on the door. Tiger And Zebra On A Boat

One day Tiger was working on a boat. The ship needed a new anchor. The anchor holds the boat in one place when it is out in the middle of the water, far away from land. The anchor is a heavy metal hook, which is connected to a long rope that can be lowered all the way down to the bottom of the sea.  While the boat was tied to the dock on land, Tiger removed the old broken anchor. Then Tiger put a new anchor onto the boat. Now the boat was ready to go out on the water again. Zebra was walking by and saw Tiger on the boat.
