Kites Fly Away

One day Piggie was walking through the forest when she saw an empty metal can on the ground. Piggie realized that somebody had dropped or thrown the metal can away. Piggie picked up the metal can and kept walking. Then piggie saw another metal can on the ground. 

Piggie picked up the second empty metal can. Piggie kept walking and then saw a third empty metal can on the ground. Piggie was wondering why there were so many metal cans on the ground. Then Piggie saw her friend bunny. And bunny was carrying a backpack. But the backpack had a hole in it. And the backpack had empty metal cans in it, but the metal cans were falling out. 

Piggie walked up to bunny and told him that there was a hole in his bag. Piggie also said that she had picked up three empty metals cans that fell out. Bunny said thank you and he put his broken backpack down. Bunny asked piggie if she could stay with her broken backpack, while he left to go get another one. 

Piggie said yes and waited there. Bunny came back with a different backpack, and put all the empty metal cans in it. Then bunny threw away the broken backpack with a hole in it. Piggie asked bunny why he had a backpack of empty metal cans. Bunny said that he had the empty metal cans to make a project. Piggie asked what the project was going to be. 

Bunny said that he had some empty metal cans and was going to put a hole through each one. And then he would take a long string and tie it to each empty can. Then afterwards he would tie the string to the back of his bicycle and pull the cans behind him as she rode his bicycle. Then piggie had an idea and said that they could both do together. 

Instead of pulling metal cans behind the bicycle, which would make a lot of noise, piggie suggested that they could tie some kites to the string to pull behind their bicycles. Bunny liked this idea and they went to go get some kites. Then they went to get their bicycles. They tied the kites to some string behind their bicycles. 

And then they rode their bicycles around the park. The kites were flying above and behind them as they rode their bicycles around. Then as they rode under some trees, the string got caught on some branches. The string got cut on the branches and the kites started to fly away. Piggie and bunny rode their bicycles chasing the kites flying through the air in the wind. 

Finally the kites landed on top of a tree and were stuck there. Then piggie had an idea to use the empty metal cans to throw up into the tree to knock the kites down. Bunny opened his backpack and took out the empty cans. They threw the cans up into the tree. After trying a few times, the kites fell down to the ground with the empty cans. Piggie and bunny laughed, and they picked up the kites and the empty cans.

Then they were ready to go home. Bunny packed up the kites and empty cans. Piggie said goodbye to bunny and went home. Piggie was tired from chasing the kites while riding on bicycles. Now piggie was ready for a nap, and piggie laid down. She closed her eyes, and went to sleep, slowly slowly slowly.
