Lulu takes a bath

One day Lulu was playing in the park when it started raining. Lulu was playing in the sandbox, and it started to rain a lot. Suddenly the sandbox became very wet, and Lulu was still playing in the sandbox, with the wet sand. Then Lulu got out of the sandbox and went to the small field next to the playground, where there was some dirt. 

The rain had made the patch of dirt wet and muddy, and Lulu started jumping around in the mud. Then Lulu got some sand out of the sandbox, and she mixed it with the mud from the wet dirt, and she tried to make a small mudcastle. But the falling rain just made the sandy mud castle fall apart. 

Now there was sand and mud all over Lulu, and her clothes were wet from the rain, so she decided to go home. When she got home she needed to take a bath, because she was so sandy and muddy. Lulu turned on the warm water in the bathtub, and she plugged the drain. When the water filled up part of the bathtub, Lulu turned off the faucet. Now it was time to get in. 

Lulu put her wet clothes in the corner of the bathroom, so that it didn’t get the other clothes in the laundry hamper wet. Then she got into the tub. But the bath water was a little too warm. And then Lulu turned on the cold water for a minute. “Brrrr this is very cold” she said. 

After she turned off the faucet, the bath water felt too cold. Then Lulu turned on the hot water for a minute. After she turned off the faucet, the bath water felt too hot. “Ouch this is very hot,” she said. This time Lulu turned on the cold and hot water at the same time, and after a minute she turned off the faucet. 

She checked the water again. “Mmm it’s finally warm,” she said. Now the water in the tub felt properly warm, and Lulu was glad. Otherwise the bathtub was running out of space to hold more water. Lulu used some soap and washed herself all over. 

And then she used some shampoo to wash her hair, since her hair had also gotten muddy and sandy from the sandbox and the mud at the playground. When Lulu was done, she got out of the tub and used a towel to dry off. She also pulled the plug in the bathtub drain, and watched the bath water go down the drain. 

Then she was ready for dinner and she sat down and ate with her parents. They had some soup for dinner, which was also nice and warm. Lulu wondered what it would be like to take a bath in soup. Then she laughed because she couldn’t eat the soup if she took a bath in it. And she wouldn’t get clean by taking a bath in the soup. Then Lulu got ready for bed by brushing her teeth. After that, she laid down, closed her eyes, and went to sleep, slowly slowly slowly.
