Lulu and the bicycle

 One day Lulu was getting ready for a bicycle ride, when she saw the chain on her bicycle was broken. So she walked and pushed her bicycle to the bicycle repair shop. When she arrived at the repair shop, there was a line of people in front of her, so she sat down and waited for her turn. 

While she was sitting down, there were some magazines on the chair next to her so she started reading one. It was about a two-seater bicycle with wings, that could fly. Lulu was curious and kept reading more. Then she saw a poster in the repair store that said they would give people rides on their new two-seater bicycle with wings. 

Then it was Lulu’s turn next to talk with the repair person about her bicycle chain needing to be replaced. The lady at the counter said that they could fix it, while she waited. Then Lulu asked about the two-seater bicycle with wings, and asked if there were any rides available. The lady at the counter went and found a worker who could take Lulu on a flying bicycle ride. 

The worker and Lulu went outside and the worker gave Lulu a helmet and goggles to wear, because he said they would go very fast through the air. Lulu was excited and got ready. She sat on the back seat, and the worker sat on the front seat. There were large wings on the left and right sides of the two-seater bicycle. 

They bicycled to a bike path, and then they started pedaling very fast. When they were going fast enough, the worker pushed a button and the wings unfolded even bigger, and then they began to leave the ground and fly. Lulu was very excited. As the two-seater bicycle with wings kept going up and up, 

Lulu looked all around her, and she could see the tops of everything. She could see the tops of people’s heads, she could see the tops of cars, she could see the tops of trees, she could even see the tops of houses. Then the worker took Lulu for a tour of the neighborhood on the two-seater bicycle with wings. 

They went around the park, and Lulu could see the playground from above. It looked small, because they were very high up above it. Then Lulu saw some birds flying alongside them and she waved at the birds. Then it was time to go back down, so the worker took the two-seater bicycle with wings down to the ground and onto the bicycle path. 

As they slowed down on the bicycle path, the worker pushed a button and the winds folded back small again. Finally they came to a stop. Lulu was very thirsty, so they bicycled back to the repair shop, and Lulu drank some water there. Then the lady at the counter told Lulu that her bicycle chain was fixed, and Lulu paid the repair lady. 

Then Lulu smiled and bicycled back home. As she was bicycling home, she wondered if she could bicycle fast enough and fly on her own bicycle, but it didn’t have wings. Lulu smiled at the fun experience she had, and looked forward to dreaming about it that night as she would go to sleep, slowly slowly slowly.
