New Super Socks

One day Lulu was putting on her socks, when she saw a hole in her left sock, and her toe went through it. Then she saw that her right sock also had a hole in it. And Lulu went to the drawer to get different socks, and she saw that all her socks also had holes in them. 

Then Lulu saw a moth in the drawer, and it flew away. The moth must have eaten the holes in the socks. Now Lulu needed some new socks. Lulu put on some sandals, and she went with her mommy to the store to get new socks. At the store, Lulu and her mommy saw some socks called super socks, and they bought those. 

On their way home, Lulu and her mommy walked by a soccer field. There were some kids playing soccer there. They needed one more player, and they invited Lulu to join them. Lulu told them that she was wearing sandals, and she needed to go home and change her shoes. 

Lulu hurried home, and put on her new super socks. She was excited to try them. Then she put on some shoes and went back to the soccer field. The other kids were ready for her. When the soccer ball was near Lulu, she kicked it and the soccer ball went very far. Lulu was surprised. It must be the new super socks that did it.

The other kids passed the soccer ball to Lulu, and she kicked it again. This time the soccer ball went very high and got stuck in an apple tree. Now all the kids wondered how to get the soccer ball out of the tree. Lulu had an idea and she kicked the tree lightly. The branches in the apple tree moved a little, and the soccer ball fell out of the tree. 

They all continued playing soccer, and every time Lulu kicked the ball, it went very far. Much farther than when she could normally kick it. Her super socks seemed to give her more power and strength. Then the kids wanted to have a rest. But they forgot to bring any snacks. Lulu thought to try something. 

She walked over to the apple tree. She kicked the tree lightly and an apple fell down and she caught it. Lulu told the other kids to stand under the apple tree Then she kicked the apple tree some more, until more apples fell down. The other kids all caught an apple. Now they were all glad to have some apples to eat. 

Then they all heard somebody asking for help. There was a bicycle that had gotten stuck in some mud, and the bicycle rider couldn't get out. Lulu walked over to it, and lightly kicked the bicycle, and it bounced out of the mud. The bicycle rider thanked Lulu and rode away. All the kids were amazed at Lulu's kicking ability. She said it was because of her new super socks. 

Then it was time to leave and Lulu waved goodbye to the other kids. When she reached her apartment building, she decided to take the stairs. She tried jumping up the stairs many steps at a time, and she was able to do it. 

Lulu was amazed at her new super socks. She got home and took off her shoes and super socks. Then she ate some dinner. After dinner she got ready for bed, and brushed her teeth. Then she laid down and went to sleep, slowly slowly slowly.

One day Lulu was getting ready for her friends Sally and Jimmy to come over and have lunch together. While getting ready, Lulu decided to wear a hat today. So she went to the closet and picked out a nice hat. It was a red knit hat with a puff ball on top.  Lulu liked how it looked on her, and then she picked out a book to read while she waited for her friends. Sally arrived first, and when she knocked on the door, Lulu answered it. A Tunnel Digging Machine

One day Tiger was going for a walk. While Tiger was walking he passed by Zebra's place. Tiger wanted to say hello to Zebra and he knocked on her door. But there was no answer. He left a note on the door saying that he had stopped by. Then Tiger left and continued on his walk. After a while, Zebra came home and saw the note Tiger had put on her door.  Zebra used her phone to call Tiger and he answered. She said she had just seen his note. Tiger told her he had stopped by earlier but she wasn't home. Zebra told Tiger that she had been working on a project. Tiger asked what it was, and Zebra said she would show him. She asked Tiger to come meet her at her place. Tiger said he could be there soon.  After a short while, Tiger came over and Zebra let him in. A Can of Paint

One day Lulu was getting ready to go for a bicycle ride. She put on her helmet and took her bicycle outside. She rode past the park and reached a large parking lot. The parking lot was empty today, and there were no cars parked there. Instead, Lulu saw that there were some artists drawing things on the ground.  Lulu got off her bicycle and walked up to the artists. She asked them what they were making. They told her that they were making different designs with paint. Then they told Lulu that she could also join them if she wanted. Lulu said she would like to do that. She wondered what she could make.  The artists gave Lulu a can of paint, and a paintbrush. Lulu walked to a blank spot in the parking lot and she took the lid off the can of paint. She dipped the paintbrush into the paint and started to draw a circle.
