Lulu and the Wooden Blocks

One day Lulu was getting ready to go to Sally’s home. Sally had told Lulu that she had some new wooden blocks to play with. Lulu was excited and went outside. Today Lulu decided to take the train to Sally’s home. Lulu went to the train station and waited for the train.

The train station was mostly empty. After a few minutes a train came, and Lulu got on it. There were lots of seats in the train, and it was also very empty. Then Lulu got off at the train station for Sally’s home. When Lulu got to Sally’s home, Sally opened the door and let Lulu inside. Then Sally showed Lulu the new blocks that she had. Lulu and Sally used the blocks to make a lot of little things.

They used the blocks to make a small castle. They used the blocks to make a small house. They used the blocks to make a small street. And they even pretended that some of the blocks were cars driving around their small castle and small house. After they were finished playing with the blocks, Lulu was ready to go home. She asked Sally if she could borrow the blocks and play with them at home.

Sally said yes and put the blocks in a bag and gave Lulu the bag. Lulu carried the bag and went to the train station. This time the train station was very crowded. Lulu waited for the train and when it arrived, all the people on the station got on. But the train was also crowded and Lulu was standing near the train doors. Then the train doors closed, and it caught the bag of blocks Lulu was holding.

The bag broke and some of the blocks fell out onto the station, and the train started moving. Lulu couldn’t do anything as she watched the train she was on leave the station and some of the blocks had fallen on the platform. Lulu got off at the next stop and crossed to the other side. She took the next train back where she came from.

Then she went to the spot where the blocks had fallen out. She could see that the blocks had fallen down on the tracks. Lulu went to the station attendant and told them that some wooden blocks had fallen out of her bag onto the tracks. The station attendant stopped the next train from entering the station, by turning on a red light.

Then the station attendant jumped down from the platform to pick up the blocks from the tracks. And the station attendant jumped back up to the platform and gave the blocks to Lulu. Then the station attendant turned on the green light. Now the next train could enter the station again. Lulu was glad to get the blocks back.

She took the next train and went home. When she got home Lulu washed the blocks to clean them up. Then Lulu decided that she would also take a bath. After her bath she ate dinner. Then after dinner she brushed her teeth and got ready for bed. Lulu laid down and went to sleep, slowly slowly slowly.
